Acts as an agent in arranging for all the required contracted services. We delegate jobs we can not fulfill due to obstacles related to : electricity, plumbing, roofs, to reputable licensed subcontractors ,we work with. For all other jobs and services we operate under our own job licesnse. After mutual agreement on a job quote, RENOV.LTD will generate a contract form. Deposits and paymentes: Contracts that includethe purchase of the required matterias for the job, require of an initial deposit of Sixty per cent(60%)of the total agreed price, upon signing of the contract. The remaining 40Percent(40%) is required on the date the job is completed. A minumum down-payment deposit of thirty percent(30%) of the total  agreed price, is required for jobs that do not include the purchase of the materials. The remaining seventy five percent (70%) balance is required on the the date the job is completed. For each agreed job contract RENOV.LTD we will show the client a list of all the required materials for the agreed job. Remarks: All sales are final and all deposits toward seach agreed job are non-refundable. All details and information for each agreed job or service, will be included in the corresponding job contract, which will also include any special instructions and any contract issues (if any). All disputes and any breach of contract by any of the parties, are to be executed in France.
